1. Agreement
By accessing reachlab.pro or engaging ReachLab Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202415273R) services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
ReachLab provides audience reach research, campaign test cell design, media mix experiments, reach measurement frameworks, cohort analysis reports, and ongoing reach monitoring. We are a research and measurement laboratory — not a media buying agency, follower-selling service, or bot traffic provider.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
ReachLab does not guarantee specific reach numbers, impression volumes, conversion rates, or campaign performance outcomes. Our deliverables consist of measurement data, analysis, and evidence-based recommendations derived from controlled testing methodology.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate brief information, lawful access to required data sources, and timely feedback during engagements. Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable advertising platform policies including Google Ads policies.
5. Intellectual Property
ReachLab retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and frameworks. Client-specific deliverables and data outputs are licensed to the client upon full payment as specified in individual service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ReachLab Pte. Ltd. liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
