Do you sell followers or guarantee viral reach?
No. ReachLab conducts audience research and campaign testing. We do not sell engagement bots, purchased followers, fake likes packages, or guaranteed viral reach. Our lab charter prohibits any service that simulates audience exposure.
What industries does the reach laboratory serve?
We work with FMCG, retail, B2B technology, professional services, healthcare nonprofits, and financial services organisations that need defensible reach measurement before scaling media spend in Singapore and ASEAN markets.
How is pricing calculated?
Fees depend on test cell complexity, cohort size, channel count, reporting depth, and timeline. We quote in SGD with indicative ranges on our services page. Final proposals follow a scoped lab brief.
Do you work with startups or only large companies?
Both. Scale-ups use our diagnostics before first major campaigns; enterprises use test cells to validate assumptions across multiple brands. Minimum engagements typically start from S$ 4,500 depending on scope.
Is our campaign data kept confidential?
Yes. Client test data, cohort definitions, and raw measurement outputs remain confidential under our engagement terms. We do not resell audience insights or share identifiable client materials without written consent.
What does a typical project timeline look like?
Diagnostics engagements run four to six weeks. Full campaign test cell designs average eight to twelve weeks including cohort recruitment, exposure window, and lab report delivery. Retainers operate on monthly measurement cycles.
Do you offer retainer packages?
Yes. Ongoing reach monitoring retainers include scheduled cohort refresh, reach curve updates, and quarterly measurement frame reviews. Retainer fees are quoted annually or monthly in SGD.
How do we start?
Submit a lab brief via our contact form selecting your enquiry type. We respond within two business days with clarifying questions and a proposed test scope.
What is your response time for inquiries?
We aim to reply within two business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT). Urgent measurement questions during active retainers are handled per your service agreement.

How do you handle personal data?

Can you hack the algorithm for unlimited reach?
No. We measure how audiences respond to planned exposure using controlled tests and documented protocols. We do not offer algorithm manipulation, bot outreach, or instant viral promises.
